Nate Snapp is a Hadoop and Kafka Reliability Engineer with focus on systems that make managing large data clusters a breeze. Whether working with hundreds or tens of thousands of servers, the systems created by Nate have been used to serve everyone from small proficient data science teams up to Fortune 500 customers. His background is in software engineering, data analytics, systems and systems programming from companies such as Adobe, Palo Alto Networks, and Omniture. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family jamming on the piano, riding horses, rock climbing, and playing board games.
