Over the past 15 years, Emma has worked extensively with messaging software across a number of IBM products including MQ and Event Streams. With a passion for resolving problems and more than a decade of experience in leading customer support, her aim is always to ensure that customers can get back up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible. Most recently Emma’s focus has moved to IBM’s Kafka offering, where as well as focusing on customer support she’s developing the core technologies for this platform.
