Alex Cook is a Software Engineer working for Privitar, a London startup building Privacy Engineering solutions to enable the safe use of sensitive data. Alex is part of the team developing a Confluent Connector which enables the application of Privacy Engineering techniques to streaming Kafka data. Before Privitar, Alex was an engineer at IBM, working on their IBM Streams distributed event processing platform.
